Project: Automated Meter Reading Program
Client: Wiregrass Electric Cooperative

Wiregrass Electric Cooperative had important news for its members. It needed to accurately and clearly present technological and billing information that would change the way it did business with its members. This cooperative was converting to an electronic meter reading service that would improve WEC’s customer service, enhance productivity, and save its members money. This message was presented in a publication, The Wiregrass Extra, a direct mail newsletter to inform members of the benefits of this new technology. Its pages clearly showed members that the cooperative was making it easier to do business them. Members learned how their new billing cycle would be converted, and the efficiency of using the new technology.
